On Tuesday, 70-year-old J. Stravinski was charged with aggravated DWI and unsafe backing as he was found unconscious in his motor vehicle due to the consumption of alcohol.
The incident happened at 9:26 p.m. and the location of the incident was Market Street.
According to the Police, Stravinski was found unconscious in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle which was running and in reverse.
For checking whether he is under the influence of any intoxicant, he was taken to the village police department where it was determined that his BAC level is 0.23%.
He is charged with aggravated DWI because the percentage at which a person is charged with aggravated DWI is 0.18 and his BAC level is above than that.
He was also accused of having stolen rifles.
