New Jersey DUI Attorney Discusses the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center
As an experienced New Jersey DUI Attorney, I am frequently asked about the intoxicated driver resource center. In the state of New Jersey, if you have a DWI and you’re found guilty or plead guilty, part of your sentence would be to attend the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center, the IDRC. On a first offense, the minimum would be a two, six hour classes for 12 hours. If it’s a second offense, you could attend the IDRC as part of your sentence in lieu of jail for 2 days. For a third offense, the IDRC is not as relevant, because there’s a jail sentence that will be imposed.
